For larger works of art I am more than happy to talk about a payment plan. Usually in 3 to 5 installments and we can customize this to fit whatever works best for you. Just use my contact form here or email me at hello@taylorchey.com .

A Note on Shipping

I pack every piece with the same care I used to paint it, making sure it’s tucked in safe for its journey to your walls.

All packages have insurance on them and if something comes damaged we can bring it to the insurance company. Please write me an email if there are any concerns here.

The Logistics Once your art leaves my studio and crosses borders, it enters a new territory Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or local taxes that may occur upon arrival in your country. These aren't included in the shipping cost at checkout, as every destination has its own set of rules for bringing beauty home. On this note MOST places do not require an import tax on pieces of hand made art that are not antiques.

If you are unsure what shipping option to choose, just select the free shipping option and leave a note in the checkout notes box.

A Note on returns

Our return policy can be read on our T&C page.

The Beauty of the Handmade

Every piece that leaves my studio carries a bit of the chaos and the grace that happened while it was being made. Because these are original works of art, created by human hands and not a machine, there are a few things to keep in mind:

Color and Light

Digital screens all have their own way of telling stories. While I do my best to capture the true soul of the pigments, the colors may shift slightly from your glowing screen to the physical light of your home.

Perfect Imperfections

I believe the most beautiful things are rarely perfect. You might find a stray brushstroke, a layered smudge, or a tiny bit of grit in the paint. These aren't "mistakes"—they are the divine fingerprints of the process. They make your piece one-of-a-kind.

The Character of the Surface

Art is a physical conversation between materials.

On Paper: Because I work with heavy, wet layers of mixed media, the paper may have a slight, organic wave or "warp" to it. This is a natural response to the materials and adds a beautiful, sculptural depth to the work.

On Canvas: You might see the texture of the weave or the raw energy of a bold mark.

When you buy an original, you aren’t just buying an image—you’re bringing a piece of a living, breathing process into your space.
